TRANSCRIPTS AFTER GRADUATION – 2008-2009  Transcripts for all graduates of C.A.G. are on file in the Association of Christian Schools International Student Transcript Depository in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA.  While we have copies of all transcripts here at C.A.G., maintaining records in the U.S. provides access to them in case of natural hazards or disturbance within Guatemala that might jeopardize the security or accessibility of such records.  Additionally, obtaining transcripts from Colorado is often quicker than obtaining them from Guatemala. Graduates and alumni please do all the following when ordering a transcript:  Download the PDF Transcript Request Form from the International Ministries page of the ACSI.org website - www.acsi.org Fill out the form completely. Print legibly. Sign the transcript request form as transcripts can only be released when the student’s signature is on file. $8.00 per transcript (charge or check) must accompany each request. Fax the request form with your credit card information to:   (719) 531-0631 Or mail the request form to:  ACSI Transcript Depository  731 Chapel Hills Drive  Colorado Springs, CO 80920-3949 For more questions or information, send an email to intlmin@acsi.org or phone 719-867-0207. For seniors, all transcripts needed for college applications are provided here at C.A.G. free of charge.  Immediately after graduation, a final transcript will be sent to the destination college from here, also free of charge.  By late-June, ACSI will have the transcripts on file and graduates shall obtain them from ACSI.
