Information Technology & Systems Coordinator

Job Description

Manage and monitor  the information and technology systems ensuring proper functioning and enabling full education and administrative use at all times while staying current with technology trends and developments to proactively plan for the future state of the school’s IT systems.




Qualifications

  1. Must be a fully committed Christian, committed to Christian education, growing in the fear of God and the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
  2. ​A servant leader able to live and lead the school’s mission and values.
  3. ​Bachelor degree in information technology or computer science.
  4. Fluent in English.  Spanish speaking is highly preferred.
  5. At least of five years of proven experience that includes network management and help desk support.
  6. Demonstrated experience managing Windows servers, windows workstation in a window domain; Active Directory.
  7. Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications, particularly:  VMware virtual systems, Cisco firewall and HP switches, VPN, backup systems, TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN connectivity
  8. Knowledge of HTML, Web Page Design or similar strongly preferred.
  9. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  10. Team player, ideally with experience working collaboratively with a variety of people at  various levels and diverse backgrounds.
  11. Highly organized with the ability to set priorities.
  12. Analytical and problem solving skills.
